Long story short - watch out for this group. I think the doctor knows what he's doing but the office manager is ready to bring in the money! I went in for possible TMJ with their free consultation and the doctor felt it wasn't TMJ. The office manager took him aside to talk with him and a few minutes later he showed up and they had this idea to fit me for a bite guard for a few hundred dollars. The doctor explained some theory behind it and it seemed to make sense, but in hindsight I think they were just trying to earn some dough out of me instead of letting me out the door. The doctor even said 'i think you're ok but I WOULD like to do something for your kids someday'. Half jokingly. I think he means well but got mixed up with this money hungry office manager who's in there to keep things making as much money as possible. Normally it takes a while to sort out insurance claims, but here they're billing you late charges even though they're supposed to be sending the claim into the insurance company. I've personally never had a late charge from a medical office.... and my wife called to check on this and got treated poorly on the phone and was all upset when I came home one day. Sshe's worked in doctors offices for years and even remarked to me that it felt like they were running the place like a store, not a doctors office. Not too surprisingly, I asked who she spoke with and she said 'The office manager'. I even was told I had to come in for an appointment at these inconvenient times because the doctor had to look at me - he wasn't there, even after I changed my schedule around to get in. I had to come back because they weren't ready with the impressions and screwed it up one extra time. I could barely talk with the thing in my mouth but they said it was fine and I had to leave it in my mouth 24 hours a day for a couple months. There was no way on earth I could conduct my life with this in my mouth during a work day. Maybe if that office manager reads this in her spare time she'll figure out that it's more important to treat people with consideration at a medical office and not try to sell treatment like a car dealership sells service repairs.

I unknowingly have suffered with TMJ my entire life. Recently it had become very painful, and I was unaware of what could be done to correct it. Dr Roy McAnnally is very knowledgable and explained the problem and different courses of action to correct the problem. I have completed the treatments and now have very straight teeth and no headaches! I have recommended Dr McAnnally and friends have also benefitted.
